This is a hands‑on sales role for someone coming from a direct competitor who runs their own quotes, owns customer relationships end‑to‑end, and brings an active book of business. This team operates like a small business—fast, customer‑centric, and built for sellers who want real involvement and uncapped upside.

- Develop and create quotes
- Recruit and onboard team members
- Promote business to new and existing clients
- MBS (or similar) software experience
- Background in the PEMB space
- Existing book of business
- Comfortable owning quotes and technical details
