Associate Manager of Parking Operations – Westin Hotel Cleveland

Towne Park is offering the Associate Manager of Parking Operations role at the Westin Hotel in Cleveland. This position focuses on delivering high‑level service to guests, overseeing parking operations, and leading a team of associates.

Job Details
  • Compensation: Annual base pay range $50,000 - $55,000. Additional incentive bonuses may be available.
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, telemedicine, basic life and AD&D, short‑ and long‑term disability, 401k retirement savings. PTO accrues 0.0385 hours per hour worked up to 80 hours/year, with 6 paid holidays and up to 4 paid floating holidays.
  • Paid Time Off: 0.0385 hours per hour worked, up to 80 hours annual, 6 paid holidays, up to 4 paid floating holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure exceptional guest service experience on all shifts, setting a positive example for guest relations and empowering associates.
  • Allocate labor resources efficiently, support service delivery, reduce staffing levels as needed based on business conditions, understand client service standards, and integrate Towne Park’s standards.
  • Respond to guest satisfaction surveys, review comment cards and results with employees.
  • Participate in recruitment and hiring processes, conduct orientation and on‑the‑job training, recognize high performers, provide growth opportunities, conduct performance appraisals and give coaching and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop working relationships with client staff, maintain regular meetings, stay visible on site, prioritize client objectives, and ensure the team meets expectations.
  • Drive business metrics including forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, and turnover; ensure accurate revenue tracking, cash drop completion, and financial controls for scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and timekeeping.
Qualifications Education
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
Licensure & Certifications
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Experience
  • Minimum one year of related hospitality experience. Knowledge
    • Towne Park and site‑specific safety and security procedures.
    • Safe driving policies and procedures.
    • Hot spot and accident reporting policies.
    • Equipment training, claim check, ticketing and key box training and procedures.
    • Customer service principles, assessment, quality standards and evaluation of satisfaction.
    • Confidentiality policies including HIPAA.
    • Business writing, basic accounting, and business metrics.
    • Client facility knowledge including parking rates, amenities, attractions and outlets.
    Skills
    • Manual transmission driving skill.
    • Computer proficiency with MS Office and POS applications.
    • Effective presentation in individual and small group settings.
    • Strong verbal and written communication at all organizational levels.
    • Ability to represent the company with respect for cultural diversity.
    • Analytical reading of policies, procedures, manuals and communications.
    • Compose professional business communications.
    • Maintain composure under pressure to handle complaints and difficult situations.
    • Track record of courtesy, urgency, safety.
    Scope & Authority
    • Independent operation with minimal supervision, day‑to‑day decisions impacting operations and finance.
    • Hiring, discharging, and disciplining staff.
    • Control over resources only.
    Working Conditions & Physical Demands

    The position requires talk or hearing, sitting or standing for extended periods, walking, running, handling objects, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, 25 pounds frequently, or more than 10 pounds constantly.

    Work is primarily climate‑controlled, with occasional inclement weather exposure and variable temperatures. Travel up to 10% may be required.
