Bids and Tendering Manager M/F
Responsibilities include ensuring all proposal and tender opportunities are tracked from opportunity to delivery and post review feedback. Ensure relevant information is captured from all stakeholders to facilitate the completion of the tender. Participate in key review meetings, final document review, content sign off and document production meetings. Write and produce Sales Documents, Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQs), Invitation to Tenders (ITTs) and Presentations in accordance with agreed deadlines.
Manage all clarifications and raise/review where appropriate. Liaise with client and record all client correspondence. Develop and manage the end-to-end tendering governance process to ensure that appropriate levels of approval are secured and documented. Assign tendering workload within the team to ensure tender return deadlines are met. Monitor individual performance and provide feedback. Support the handover process from contract award to project management.
Participate in project KOM’s as necessary. Internally report, provide feedback and promptly raise issues/risk review. Effectively communicate timetables and key messages throughout the tender process to all key stakeholders. Maintain CRM for assigned proposals in coordination with Sales/BD and wider team. Liaise with sales/ marketing / ops teams to produce up-to-date case studies to use within all proposals. Identify and re-work existing pre-written Bid Library content where relevant keeping it relevant and up-to-date.
Be responsive to the business and P&L sales strategies, supporting as necessary.

Responsible for effective bid management solutions, bespoke bid writing and control of the tendering processes. They will lead and manage all aspects of the tendering function throughout, including being the main point of contact, collating all relevant data, writing a competitive bid response, working with the technical & commercials within the business and supporting each stage of the tendering lifecycle. They shall ensure that work is properly allocated within the Tendering team to maximise responses within the required time frames.
