- 2-4 years of experience in a related field
- BA, BS, or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience working with Excel, Salesforce, and SQL server (running queries)
- Ability to apply working knowledge in the application of concepts and principles
- Capability to work on projects of moderate scope and complexity
- Strong analytical skills and experience with pricing strategies
- Familiarity with econometrics and market analysis
- Experience in a healthcare-related environment
- Knowledge of data modeling and analytics tools
- Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration
