Delaware North Sport service is searching for seasonal Site Coordinators to join our team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative and onboarding tasks.

• Create and deliver training programs, maintain training records, and provide reports on activities as needed.
• Book classrooms and ensure they are properly set up.
• Support the hiring process by opening requisitions, attending job fairs, and interviewing candidates.
• Assist team members with their onboarding, new hire paperwork, and badging.
• Escalate human resources issues to the proper person and team.

• Experience as a training administrator or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plus.
• No high school diploma or GED required.
