We know the region inside and out. We roll up our sleeves and get the job done for The Land. We’re a group of expectation-exceeding, fun-loving, innovative professionals.
The Destination & Marketing Intelligence Manager supports Destination Cleveland’s Insights & Analytics function by expanding capacity for data-informed decision-making across the organization and facilitating progress measurement toward strategic plan KPIs. This role applies technical and analytical expertise to gather, organize, and interpret information that informs strategies and initiatives.

The Manager supports efforts such as surveys, focus groups, and on-the-ground interviews, while also coordinating with external vendors and partners to ensure research and data-related projects are executed effectively.
