Cleveland, OH Flexjet is currently seeking qualified individuals to join our Operations department in our Mission Validation team. This position is responsible for aircraft performance calculations, trip feasibility analysis, and advance planning for US domestic travel. The Validation Analyst will work proactively and communicate regularly with the Flight Communications, Scheduling, Owner Services, Meteorology, and Flight Planning Departments to ensure a seamless flight schedule.

Responsibilities: – Complete Aircraft Performance Requests as submitted by Owner Services teams – Complete Mission Analysis of trip feasibility – Send sample plans to OSR and Sales as requested – Coordinate all Special Events each year including Super Bowl, F1 Races, and Master’s Tournaments – TSA screening set up – Send Prior Permission Required (PPRs) and Slots for airport usage – Add and update airport information in internal systems – NOTAM lookup for 72-hour…
