- Seeking Superintendent experience with multi-family construction
- Experience running your own jobs with strong leadership skills
- Must have experience with projects from $2 million in size
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience
- Ground up and renovation experience
- A 4 years degree in Construction Management preferred
- Direct experience in preferred fields
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Understanding of shop drawing
- Ability to maintain schedules and budgets
Salary Range: $90-120K
