An outstanding,
full-time opening has become available in the Cleveland, OH area for a local individual with 5+ years’ experience as an Electrical Project Manager/Estimator with a background in Civil Construction on mid-large size Industrial and Commercial projects
. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks.
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:
- Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 5+ years of Electrical Project Management experience on mid-large Industrial and Commercial
- Experience with Construction Administration, Project Tracking, Labor/Material cost evaluation, documentation, inspections, purchasing and negotiations is a MUST
- Experience quoting a vast array of project sizes ranging from Service and Maintenance to large multi-disciplined turnkey projects.
- Experience supervising and coordinating other’s performance and working with unionized trade craft labor is a MUST
- Experience with Accubid is HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Bachelor’s Degree or Vocational School in is HIGHLY PREFERRED
