Scheduler – Michels Pipeline, Inc.
Michels Pipeline, Inc. constructs and maintains safe, reliable and environmentally sound utility lines, working with the communities we serve. As a Scheduler, you will develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules that support the timely completion of construction projects. You’ll collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to optimize timelines, monitor progress, and proactively identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts.

- 5–10 years of experience in construction scheduling, project controls, or a related role within the oil & gas industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field – or equivalent relevant experience.
- Formal training or certification in project scheduling principles or software.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to forecast impacts and propose solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Travel is required.
