Heavy Highway Bridge Crew

This is an on-site position for experienced Heavy Highway Bridge Crew members based in Northeast, OH. (Superintendent, Foreman, Operators, Carpenters, Laborers, and Cement Masons.) Responsibilities include performing tasks related to heavy highway and bridge construction. Crew members will work collaboratively to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. Adherence to safety protocols is essential.

• Proficiency in operating heavy highway equipment and tools used in highway bridge construction.
• Experience with structural assembly, reading blueprints, and understanding project plans.
• Strong awareness of workplace safety practices and compliance standards.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and working in varying weather conditions.
• 2+ years of experience in concrete work, bridge assembly, or other related areas is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications, such as OSHA or equipment operation licenses, are beneficial.
• Experience with HCSS Heavy Bid and Heavy Job is preferred.
