Project Manager; Cleveland

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing budgets, ensuring adherence to safety standards, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering projects on time. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience is required.

• Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction to project completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor project progress and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and project team members to ensure that project goals are met
• Develop project leads.
• Coordinate and manage all projects, and activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Ensure that project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports, is completed accurately and on time
• Business Development:
  We want to continue driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of our organization. You will be responsible for identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.

• Minimum education level of a bachelor’s degree in construction management, or a related field
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience as a commercial construction estimator and be knowledgeable of project management principles
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
• A high degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
  Experience with Specialty Contractors or a "Self-Performing" contractor
• Experience in sales/marketing a plus
• Strong leadership and management skills

Travel to and from job sites is required. RAM will compensate for travel expenses if applicable.
