Construction Superintendent Bridges

What You’ll Do:

Oversee all phases of bridge construction, from planning through completion.

• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials on-site.
• Enforce top-tier safety and quality standards.
• Drive schedules, budgets, and project goals to successful completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, vendors, and field teams.

• 10+ years of bridge construction experience (concrete and/or steel structures).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proven record of meeting deadlines and delivering quality results.
• Civil Engineering or construction-related degree preferred.
