Who We're Looking ForWe’re looking for a Senior Web Designer
— someone who lives to create beautiful, intuitive, high-impact digital experiences. This role is for a craft‑driven designer who understands how to transform visual ideas and brand strategy into modern, responsive websites that look as good as they perform. You’ll work closely with developers and clients to design websites that serve political campaigns, advocacy efforts, and brand initiatives — often simultaneously.

- Lead end-to-end website design projects, from concept and wireframes to final, production-ready designs
- Create visually stunning page layouts, and interactive components that elevate the user experience
- Design responsive, mobile-first websites that feel fluid, fast, and seamless across devices
- Translate brand identity and creative direction into clean, cohesive digital experiences
- Create custom graphics, icons, and visual elements that enhance storytelling and brand identity
- Ensure consistency in design across all web properties, maintaining brand integrity
- Stay current with design trends, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies
- Present design concepts and iterations to internal teams and clients
- 5+ years of web design experience
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience designing for responsiveness, accessibility, and clean user flows
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and responsive design
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Collaborative communication style with the ability to take feedback and elevate concepts
- Passion for conservative politics, Judeo-Christian values, and digital storytelling
- Experience working in creative agencies, freelance, or advocacy environments
- Motion design or animation for web (After Effects, etc.)
- Background in fine arts, graphic design, or visual communication
- Understanding of basic HTML/CSS
