We are seeking a junior to mid-level User Experience Designer to join our growing UX practice! This position creates compelling experiences for clients based on user-centered design principles. This position reports to the Director of the User Experience Practice and will work closely with all parts of the company as well as with our clients. This is a full-time position.

Promotes user-centered design both internally and externally.
- Interaction Design – Create sketches, wireframes, and other low-to medium-fidelity designs.
- Visual Design – Create high-fidelity comps across responsive breakpoints. Review the completed designs with the Xngage development team, as these comps will drive front-end development work.
- Discovery – Analyze and interpret all documentation provided by clients and convey salient points to the project team;
Contribute to the production of a Creative Brief. - Collaboration – Work with other designers, business analysts, product owners, and developers to build excellent solutions for our clients.
The ideal UX designer candidate must have a solid understanding of visual design, web technologies, and of wire framing tools. A good grasp of design programs and tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator and similar industry standards is also necessary. UX designers must have the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and a willingness to keep their skills and industry knowledge current.
Also, the UX designer should have a solid understanding of:
- Gestalt principles and typography.
- Ability to quickly jump into marketing design tasks as needed.
