The role involves collaborating with internal teams, developing creative briefs, and mentoring design professionals while maintaining a sharp focus on conceptual storytelling and business objectives.

• Lead and influence creative ideation sessions, inspiring new design perspectives.
• Develop and present compelling creative concepts to stakeholders for alignment.
• Oversee the design and execution of deliverables across various platforms and media.
• Mentor and guide creative team members to enhance conceptual skills and design quality.
• Collaborate proactively with internal teams and clients to foster trust and drive innovative solutions.

• Strong digital portfolio showcasing excellent conceptual thinking and design skills for large clients. Agency or InHouse.
• Eight or more years of related art direction and design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and Teams; familiarity with Adobe Workfront is beneficial.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
