We are looking for employees who are friendly, people-oriented and interested in a sales-related customer service role in the dynamic Sign Industry. As a FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center.

You will work with customers in email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business, with the goal of turning prospects into customers and then into long‑term clients.

The sign industry is ever changing and dynamic. All you have to do is look around and you’ll see signs of all types everywhere. You will never be bored—projects range from small to very large and are unique and highly customized.

• Serve as the initial contact for current and prospective customers
• Engage with customers via email, phone, in-person visits and at their location
• Build long‑lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long‑term clients
• Assist with preparing estimates and implementing work orders
• Ensure timely delivery of finished orders
• Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to business and marketing plans
• Be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center

• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn with the ability to build relationships
• Great listening skills, documentation and organization
• Willingness to learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery
