Parking Attendant (non-driving / non-valet)
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

- Direct patrons to parking areas.
- Issue tickets to customers, recording required information.
- Process exception transactions such as lost tickets and grace period tickets according to company policy.
- Complete daily shift paperwork, recording transactions by parking rate, vehicles in/out, contract parkers, vehicles left, validated tickets, and exception tickets.
- Provide company service standards with each customer, including maintaining uniform appearance, greeting, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking customers at exit.
- Assist local management with small cleaning or maintenance tasks as requested.
- Complete other special projects assigned by location management.

- At least 18 years old.
- High school degree preferred but not required.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with employees and customers.
- Able to resolve customer issues professionally.
- Available mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts.
- Customer service experience ≥1 year.
The employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands-to-fingers, handle tools or controls, reach with hands or arms, talk and hear, and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 lbs. The work environment may expose employees to weather conditions, fumes, airborne particles, and moderate noise levels.
