Position: Parking Attendant (non-driving / non-valet)

Parking Attendant (non-driving / non-valet)

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Direct patrons to parking areas.
  • Issue tickets to customers, recording required information.
  • Process exception transactions such as lost tickets and grace period tickets according to company policy.
  • Complete daily shift paperwork, recording transactions by parking rate, vehicles in/out, contract parkers, vehicles left, validated tickets, and exception tickets.
  • Provide company service standards with each customer, including maintaining uniform appearance, greeting, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking customers at exit.
  • Assist local management with small cleaning or maintenance tasks as requested.
  • Complete other special projects assigned by location management.

Must Haves
  • At least 18 years old.
  • High school degree preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with employees and customers.
  • Able to resolve customer issues professionally.
  • Available mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts.
Good To Haves
  • Customer service experience ≥1 year.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions

The employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands-to-fingers, handle tools or controls, reach with hands or arms, talk and hear, and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 lbs. The work environment may expose employees to weather conditions, fumes, airborne particles, and moderate noise levels.
