About the Job:

As a Spanish (English) Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and assistance. You will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in BPO or call center environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and reservations.
  • Assist customers with booking accommodations, resolving billing issues, and managing reservations.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Requirements:
  • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish, coupled with fluent English proficiency, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BPO or call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Availability to work onsite as per the designated schedule.
