Parking Attendant (non-driving / non-valet)

• Pay rate: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
• Full‑time position

• Direct patrons to parking spaces.
• Issue tickets and record required information.
• Process exception transactions (lost tickets, grace period tickets, etc.) per company policy, completing required forms.
• Complete daily shift paperwork: record parking rate transactions, vehicle counts, contract parkers, vehicles left, validated and exception tickets.
• Maintain company service standards, uniform, greetings, answer questions, resolve issues, thank customers upon exit.
• Perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks per management.
• Assist with special projects assigned by location management.

• Minimum age 18.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional and friendly demeanor with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to resolve customer issues professionally.
• Availability for mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts.
• 1+ year of customer service experience (desired).

• Stand, walk, sit, use hands-to-fingers, handle tools or controls, reach with hands or arms, talk and hear.
• Occasional lifting or moving of objects up to 25 lbs.
• Exposed to weather conditions and mild noise.
• Regular exposure to fumes, airborne particles.
