Description
is seeking an Entry-Level Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Cleveland, Ohio where you will work on-site to provide essential support in delivering quality dental care to our patients. Responsibilities:- Assist the dentist in providing chairside support during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment for dental treatments
- Take and develop dental x-rays as directed by the dentist
- Perform coronal polishing and fluoride treatments
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program
- Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary (EFDA) certification
- Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and infection control practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
