Dental Orthodontic Assistant

We’re hiring a personable dental/orthodontic assistant to provide extraordinary customer service to our patients at all 3 of our locations. Responsibilities include assisting with examinations and procedures, obtaining orthodontic records, and ensuring our patients leave our practice with a smile. • Walk patients through a good oral health care regime so they can maintain a healthy smile
• Write down treatment information after every visit and ensure patient records include current dental histories
• Assist orthodontists during examinations and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient patient care.

• Prepare and organize instruments, materials, and equipment for each patient visit, maintaining a clean and sterile environment.

• Possess the ability to provide patients with excellent care and service
• Able to perform basic computer and data entry tasks
• Excellent multitasking, interpersonal, and communication skills
