Job Description
** Instructional Designer (Hospital Patient Monitoring) Nashville, TN
**** Your role:
*** Gather inputs, creates facilitator-led and digital course/curriculum outlines, and building engaging learning activities for Philips field and customers.
* Work with stakeholders across the business including those in the markets, product ownership, and end users, as well as the HPM education services team.
* Work cooperatively with instructional designers, delivery specialists, and subject matter experts to generate ideas for creating engaging learning activities.
** You're the right fit if:
*** You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience designing and developing learning materials in a variety of formats and assessment techniques, including experience working with IT or technical audiences.
* Your skills include ability to manage multiple projects, apply adult learning methodologies and a variety of tested learning theories, and have a learner’s mindset – always looking for ways to improve the educational experience.
* You have a bachelor’s degree and ideally an advanced degree or certification in the learning/education domain.
* You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .

** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

** The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN and Cleveland, OH is $87,500 to $140,000

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $98,000 to $157,000

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
