• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture required.
• Revit/BIM experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a customer service focus.
• Previous internship or co‑op experience with an architecture firm.
• Ability to work within a team environment with individuals from various offices and disciplines.
• Must possess excellent communication skills and ability to multi‑task between projects and priorities.

• Architectural design and documentation of retail, restaurant, and commercial building projects, including ground‑up, tenant fit‑out, and remodel type projects.
• Meet and communicate with the project manager daily/weekly.
• Conduct due diligence, permitting research, submittals, and follow‑up.
• Coordinate with our internal team of architects, mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineers.
