Landscape Architect

We are seeking a Registered Landscape Architect with a minimum of 6 years of experience (10+ years preferred) to lead design efforts from concept through construction. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, experience navigating municipal approvals, and the ability to work closely with clients, internal teams, and external A/E partners. A portfolio of built work demonstrating design excellence, technical detailing, and contemporary planting design is required.

• Lead landscape design from concept through construction documentation and administration
• Manage municipal submittals, reviews, and approval processes
• Coordinate with internal team members and external A/E professionals
• Work directly with clients to define project vision, lead meetings, and guide decision‑making
• Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and team workflows
• Develop detailed hardscape designs (paving, green roofs, water features, etc.)
• Produce site furnishings packages (benches, bollards, bike racks, lighting, litter receptacles)
• Create planting designs that complement modern architectural environments
• Prepare work samples and presentations of completed/built projects

• Registered Landscape Architect (required)
• 6+ years of experience; 10+ years preferred (flexible)
• Demonstrated project management and team collaboration experience
• Experience leading design through all phases of a project
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and produce technical design documents
• Experience coordinating with municipalities and handling approval processes
• Portfolio showcasing high‑quality built work
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills
