We are seeking an Architectural Designer for our Cleveland, OH office.

• 4+ years’ experience in commercial architecture focusing on multi‑site, retail or restaurant projects
• Experience developing construction documents and specifications in a fast‑paced, multi‑site industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (required)
• Revit/BIM experience preferred
• Customer‑service focus
• Ability to work in a team environment with colleagues from various offices and disciplines
• Excellent communication skills and capacity to multi‑task across projects and priorities

• Architectural design and documentation for retail, restaurant, and commercial building projects (ground‑up, tenant fit‑out, remodel)
• Daily/weekly communication with project managers
• Due diligence, permitting research, submittals, and follow‑up
• Coordination with internal teams (architects, mechanical, electrical, structural, civil)
• Project administration
