Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Architectural Staff Level I or II at Pantuso Architecture, located in Greater Cleveland. The Architectural Staff Level I or II employee will be involved in architectural design, development of drawings, and communicating effectively with team members and clients to ensure the highest quality and compliance with project specifications.
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Assist with site measuring and drafting existing conditions
- Support building code analysis and records management
- Translate sketches into drawings and produce related construction documents
- Day‑to‑day office needs of Principals and Project Managers
- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- 4 – 6 years of experience in residential architecture
- Strong graphic skills and proficiency in AutoCAD
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Demonstrated ability to stay organized and self‑manage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be located in commutable distance to Greater Cleveland, Ohio - United States
- Licensed or non‑licensed, but with relevant experience
- Experience with Rhino and Lumion is a plus
