Pediatric Search Partners is honored to lead the search for a Division Chief of Pediatric Cardiology to join The Congenital Heart Collaborative (TCHC)—a pioneering partnership between University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital (Cleveland, Ohio) and Nationwide Children’s Hospital (Columbus, Ohio) heart programs. , which is ranked among the nation’s Best Children’s Hospitals by US News & World Report 2025-26 in 11 specialties, including Pediatric Cardiology & Heart Surgery.
The Division Chief will oversee an outstanding team of board-certified pediatric cardiologists and cardiovascular surgeons who model collaboration, teamwork, and dedication to their patients and partners. The Section includes ten board-certified pediatric cardiologists, including interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, advanced imaging, fetal cardiology, two general cardiologists and two cardiovascular surgeons. A strong and growing fetal program now performs over 1,000 fetal echocardiograms annually and has launched a highly successful fetal intervention team in conjunction with maternal-fetal medicine colleagues.
With advanced imaging capabilities—including echocardiography (transthoracic, transesophageal, fetal, and 3D), cardiac MRI and CTA, cardiac stress MRI, fetal cardiac MRI, and 3D modeling/printing—the Division Chief will lead an innovative and comprehensive program well-regarded for clinical excellence and education.
- Lead, develop and grow this innovative clinical and educational program.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives, clinical research, and the education of medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Represent and advance the section in the community and on a national and international level.
- Academic rank and appointment with Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine at the level of Associate or Professor will be determined by the candidate’s credentials and experience as reviewed by the Committee on Appointments, Promotion, and Tenure.
- Must have an MD, DO, or MD/PhD degree.
- Board Certified in Pediatric Cardiology. Additional fellowship training, board certification and interests welcomed.
- Proven leadership experience in pediatric cardiology.
- Strong clinical and academic background.
