The role collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans, oversee complex patient cases, and improve clinical programs, policies, and processes.
As the day-to-day escalation point, the Provider Lead ensures safe, high-quality care by direct reports.

Qualifications- MD/DO with board certification in Family or Internal Medicine.
- 5+ years of member care.
- 2+ years of informal clinical leadership.
Compensation ranges from $260,000 to $275,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
