Serves as a member of the Admissions recruitment team, responsible for coordinating student recruitment for the CSU Arts Campus and associated programs, including art, dance, theatre, and the School of Film and Media (SFM), to meet enrollment goals.

The role involves daily communication and relationship building with prospective students, parents, and high school and community college counselors. Responsibilities include coordinating correspondence, planning and executing on- and off-campus programs, representing the University at college fairs, performing arts and community events, community colleges, portfolio review days, workshops, and related events; managing travel schedules. The position also requires informing prospective students and parents about admissions policies, maintaining records, and preparing reports as needed.

The role demands a flexible schedule, including travel off-campus, evenings, and weekends, and requires professional interaction with internal and external customers using strong interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in art, dance, theatre, film, or related field.
• Two (2) years of experience in college or university admissions recruitment, college student activities, college admissions counseling, territory and prospect management, marketing, sales, or related areas.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to establish driver eligibility under the University’s Motor Vehicle Policy.
