Part Time Program Manager – Cleveland Heights-University Heights City School District

Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students.

Program Manager Pay Rate: $19.00–$23.00 (based on education and experience)

Program

Hours:

Monday–Friday 6:30 am–9:00 am and 2:45 pm–6:00 pm

You’ll Drive The Mission By
  • Ensuring safety and joy standards are met by supporting a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities, keeping site documents and licensing standards up to date, outlining attendance protocols, behavior policies, safety procedures, and ensuring program tasks are completed effectively.
  • Consistently supporting and reporting on safety protocols and ensuring the well‑being of all participants, including identifying and submitting proof of MMR.

Ideal Candidates Will Have The Following
  • Experience managing competing priorities and delivering quality service to stakeholders.
  • High school diploma or GED completed.
  • Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs.
  • Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, oral, written, and visual, with adults and children.
  • Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community.
  • Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.
Ohio State Requirements
  • First Aid and CPR (in person)
  • Cleared tuberculosis test
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED and an Associate’s degree or higher in Child Development or Early Childhood Education or related field approved by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) and from an accredited college/university or technical college
  • OR two years of training verified by transcript with four courses in Child Development
  • OR four courses in Child Development from accredited college/university/technical college
  • OR Current Child Development Associate Credential issued by the Council for Professional Recognition
  • OR Pre‑Kindergarten Associate Certificate issued by the State Board of Education
  • OR Montessori Pre‑Primary/Early Childhood Credential
  • OR Career Pathways Level 3
  • OR Administrator Credential
