Job Purpose
Under the supervision of the Director and the classroom teacher, the Instructional Aide assists in classroom instruction for students with regular and special needs.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience

• Passion for supporting urban students and organizational mission.
• Effective communication and classroom management skills.

• Experience working with students is preferred.
