Part-Time (2-3 days per week)

We are looking for an educator who shares an unwavering commitment to raising student achievement and an appreciation and respect for Catholic culture, identity, and values. Partnership teachers are eager for continuous feedback as they develop instructional practice and grow professionally through weekly school‑based professional development, network‑wide PD meetings, coaching and feedback from school site leadership, and nationally recognized partner organizations.

• Develop a positive and structured classroom environment that engages students and motivates them to succeed.
• Assume responsibility for the academic progress of students with a high sense of urgency and ownership toward quantifiable results.
• Collaborate with colleagues.
• Fulfill the school’s mission to educate the whole child – mind, body, and spirit.
• Take accountability for student learning and for meeting classroom performance goals.
• Create and communicate with families of students in a positive and respectful manner.
• Participate in ongoing professional development sessions to grow as an instructional leader.

• Respect for and appreciation of the Catholic faith and Catholic education.
• An uncompromising belief that all students can learn.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• Prior teaching experience preferred.
• Must pass a background check.

This position is classified as part-time, salaried. Salary will be determined based on years of experience and number of hours worked per week, starting at $16,800 annually for a two‑day per week schedule and 0 years classroom teaching experience.
