** Long-Term Substitute Math Teacher
** to join its innovative college-preparatory and career-readiness program through May 2027.Candidates should have proven experience successfully working with high school-aged students and be committed to a student-centered approach to education.## Essential Responsibilities

* Provide student-centered instruction that supports academic achievement and college and career readiness.
* Participate in professional learning teams that promote collaboration, peer review, and multidisciplinary lesson planning.
* Develop lesson plans in accordance with the school's innovative curriculum.
* Submit lesson plans weekly and unit plans quarterly.
* Model a work ethic characterized by diligence, persistence, and dedication.
* Remain flexible as the school continues to develop innovative educational policies, programs, and curriculum.
* Use informal and formal assessments to adjust classroom instruction and support and track student learning.
* Embrace the school's mission and beliefs concerning student learning.
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
* Participate in Corporate Work Study Program and Admissions events as assigned.## Education Requirements
* ** Ohio teaching licensure preferred.**
* ** Bachelor's degree preferred.**## Experience
