As an Associate Field Service Representative, you will support a designated service territory by repairing and delivering Stryker equipment focused on Transport solutions. You will work with products such as stretchers, transport chairs, bed frames, and temperature management systems. This role offers valuable experience and potential advancement into senior Pro Care roles within Stryker.

• Possess basic electronic and mechanical aptitude.
• Perform quality control checks, preventative maintenance, repairs, and wireless upgrades.
• Use computer software for documentation, ordering parts, and referencing training materials.
• Maintain excellent customer service and promote equipment and service usage.
• Work independently while supporting team projects and initiatives.
• Adhere to and maintain field service metrics such as hours, inventory, and documentation.
• Physical requirements include moving equipment up to 75 pounds, reaching, pushing, pulling, and prolonged physical activity.

• High School diploma.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Willingness to work extended hours, including nights and weekends.
