Are you passionate about creating a safe and healthy workplace? We're looking for an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist to partner with our manufacturing client’s leadership team and drive EHS efforts at our facility. In this role, you will support the EHS Manager as a member of the critical team that will provide expert training and coaching for all things EHS, collaborating with local management, business unit leaders, and external agencies to ensure we meet and exceed safety standards.

• Take ownership of our health, safety, and environmental programs, policies, and practices.
• Guarantee compliance with all EHS regulations and company standards.
• Assist the EHS Manager in rolling out new processes and building robust EHS management systems.
• Lead incident investigations, recommend corrective actions, and track key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and deliver EHS training for employees and provide guidance on risk assessments to prevent accidents.
• Assist with site emergencies, including spill responses and coordinating training.
• Manage our internal audit program and provide direction to our EHS Single Point Accountable team members.

Salary range: $75,000 to $95,000
