Entry Level Chemical Regulatory Analyst (Hybrid)

Shift
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with some flexibility. Hybrid after the first 30 days of onsite training (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
Compensation
$21.00 – $23.00 per hour.
- Supplier solicitation for packaging data: contact suppliers via email or phone, follow up, collect data, reformat into desired application, and identify data gaps with supervision.
- Physical testing of packaging materials: break down components by material type, measure each component using qualified instruments, and record weights electronically for EPR/FPR reporting.
- Process documentation: review processes for gathering packaging data, review calculations for data analysis, and document procedures with oversight and approval from a senior team member.
- Regulatory & compliance support: solicit supplier data on product composition, review labeling, and support VOC communications.
- Required
:
Bachelor of Science (Chemistry, Engineering, or related field) or Bachelor of Arts in a STEM field with relevant experience in chemical manufacturing or industrial packaging. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle repetitive tasks involving large amounts of data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfort learning new computer systems.
- Minimum 1–2 years of regulatory or compliance experience in the chemical industry or industrial packaging operations (preferred).
- Familiarity with regulations governing chemicals or packaging (e.g., VOCs, GHS) and their environmental impact (preferred).
- Laboratory/formulation experience (preferred).
- Experience with customer compliance software (e.g., HEARS) and customer service/contact with external clients (preferred).
