Job Description

Complete Logistical Services is excited to announce a vacancy for the position of Service Technician. This is a Contract/Temporary role, essential for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) systems and related equipment. The successful candidate will bring a mix of mechanical prowess and diagnostic acumen to a hands‑on, onsite position that is integral to our operations.

Our Service Technicians are vital to our commitment to high‑quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering and project management teams, delivering technical solutions that are both innovative and efficient. We are looking for individuals with a strong background in automotive or electromechanical systems, who can thrive in a dynamic, problem‑solving environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain AGV and related mechanical/electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues on‑site or at customer locations.
  • Perform wiring, calibration, software configuration, and mechanical assembly.
  • Read and interpret schematics and technical documentation.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to optimize system performance.
  • Provide customer training and technical support.
  • Participate in safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in service, maintenance, or repair engineering, ideally in an automotive or industrial equipment setting.
  • Hands‑on experience with electromechanical systems (hydraulics, robotics, or vehicle systems preferred).
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer software tools.
