We are seeking aLead Engineering Estimator to analyze project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and overhead. This role provides critical support in budgeting, pricing, and resource planning to ensure project profitability and overall success.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for manufacturing and construction projects.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine scope and resource needs.
• Utilize estimating and design tools such as RS Means, Pro Est, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel.
• Research material, labor, and equipment costs while staying current on market trends.
• Identify risks, cost‑saving opportunities, and value‑engineering options.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to support planning and execution.
• Participate in project reviews, vendor qualification, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Construction Management preferred).
• 7+ years of relevant engineering and cost estimation experience.
• Proficiency in RS Means, Pro Est, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies preferred.
• ASPE or DBIA certification is a plus.
• Employment is contingent on a background check.
