The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. Our team of over 650 professionals delivers integrated planning, design, engineering and construction solutions. MSG is seeking a full‑time Structural Drafter to join our bridge and transportation projects across Ohio, producing precise, construction‑ready drawings that keep Ohio moving.

• Develop and produce detailed drawings in Micro Station to meet ODOT and local agency standards.
• Prepare construction plans ready for bidding and construction.
• Assist with data preparation and quantity calculations for engineering plans.
• Plot, collate, and compile plan sets for agency and construction submittals.
• Support general office tasks such as document preparation, scanning, and filing as needed.
• Contribute to presentations and project deliverables, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

• 5+ years of experience in civil/structural engineering drafting.
• 2+ years of bridge design experience required.
• Proficiency in Micro Station

• Experience with ODOT standards a plus.
• Working knowledge of MS Office

• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
