MSG is seeking a full‑time Structural Drafter to join our bridge and transportation projects across Ohio, producing precise, construction‑ready drawings that keep Ohio moving.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and produce detailed drawings in Micro Station to meet ODOT and local agency standards.
- Prepare construction plans ready for bidding and construction.
- Assist with data preparation and quantity calculations for engineering plans.
- Plot, collate, and compile plan sets for agency and construction submittals.
- Support general office tasks such as document preparation, scanning, and filing as needed.
- Contribute to presentations and project deliverables, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- 5+ years of experience in civil/structural engineering drafting.
- 2+ years of bridge design experience required.
- Proficiency in Micro Station
. - Experience with ODOT standards a plus.
- Working knowledge of MS Office
. - Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
