AECOM Hunt requires a Digital Technologist/BIM Specialist for the Cleveland Browns construction project. The role involves creating, managing, and coordinating intelligent 3D digital models that combine architectural, structural, and MEP data to improve collaboration, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

• Works under limited supervision.
• Provides training and technical support to design staff on the Building Information Modeling system, delivering 3D models that follow project specifications and standards.
• Supports and produces required drawings, incorporating standards and content (objects within the drawing, doors, lights, etc.) to meet job requirements.

• BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business or related curriculum and 4 years of experience in BIM or Digital Technology, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

• Experience in clash detection and quality control in design conflict.
• Experience with general construction documentation, schedules and BIM reporting.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks or other BIM modeling software.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Deep understanding of BIM processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively and efficiently across the project.

The compensation range for this position is USD 64,782.22 to USD  per year, based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
