Responsibilities- Interface with all branches for internal and external quality escapes
- Maintain quality charts, graphs and facilitate rapid root cause resolution across all branches
- Lead Continuous Improvement projects with branches to improve quality and reduce escapes
- Meet customer requirements for quality metrics
- Interface with branch quality leadership on all quality issues
- Ensure all branches meet root cause and customer metrics
- Six Sigma Greenbelt trained/certified a plus
- Extensive knowledge of inspection processes and controls
- PC literacy required (Excel, Word, data entry, computer transactions)
- Ability to read prints and drawings
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in Quality Science Arena
- Knowledge of Aerospace
- Root Cause & Corrective Action including Continuous Improvement
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Related field
- 3 to 5 years experience in manufacturing and quality control methods and techniques
- Be AS9100 auditor certified or ability to become AS9100 auditor
$80,000 - $85,000 + Monthly Incentives
