About the Position
The company is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Lead Estimator with extensive background in water and wastewater treatment plant projects. Based in the Cleveland, OH metro, this individual will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of estimate preparation and bid submissions.
The Lead Estimator will oversee and perform professional estimating activities, ensure accuracy and competitiveness in project cost proposals, and manage the bid process for multiple projects simultaneously. This role reports directly to the Director of Preconstruction and indirectly to the Vice President of Preconstruction.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management required.
Minimum 7 years of estimating experience in the construction industry, with demonstrated experience in water and wastewater treatment plant construction.
