ECS is offering an exciting opportunity for a Building Enclosure Associate I to join our Midwest Facilities team in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you’ll work on projects involving inspections, testing, assessments, and commissioning of building enclosures for existing structures. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality consulting solutions to a diverse range of facilities and clients.

• Testing and consulting services for the built environment, property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures, among other facilities‑related services
• Exhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self‑motivation
• Performing field and laboratory testing
• Assisting with preparation of reports, proposals, and projects
• Assisting with projects as needed
• Interacting with senior staff members on a variety of projects
• Scheduling and oversight of facilities technicians
• Promoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPE

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  
  B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) accredited by National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) or BS in Engineering, Building Science, or related degree from an ABET accredited college/university preferred
• 0–2 years of relevant building facilities consulting experience required
• In lieu of education, 4 years as ECS Facilities Staff Associate or equivalent combination of experience, certification, and education required.
• Experience with non‑destructive testing preferred.
• Professional certifications (such as NRCA/IIBEC, AWCI Certified EIFS Inspector) preferred
