• 5–10 years of experience in site development, including site layout, grading, and utility design
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D with experience creating clear, complete, and construction-ready plan sets
• Knowledge of stormwater management, LID strategies, and erosion control planning
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset
• Registered Ohio Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
• Experience with municipal engineering, ODOT standards, and project coordination from concept through construction
• Passion for taking initiative and working independently while also contributing to team success

$90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
