A global aerospace manufacturing leader is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the manufacturing engineering and industrialization team at their facility. This is a highly visible role with responsibility for driving manufacturability, process excellence, and continuous improvement across complex aerospace programs.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers
• Drive manufacturing process improvements across machining, assembly, test, and paint
• Support production through troubleshooting, defect reduction, and process control
• Champion Design-for-Manufacturability (DFM) for new product introductions and engineering changes
• Develop and maintain manufacturing process plans, tooling, and work instructions
• Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards (AS9100, NADCAP)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Procurement, and Program Management
• Utilize ERP and CAD systems (SAP, CATIA, Solid Works) to support manufacturing excellence

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering
• 7–15 years of aerospace manufacturing experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Expertise in complex mechanical assemblies (landing gear, actuators, or hydraulics preferred)
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, NADCAP, and aerospace regulatory standards
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Data-driven mindset with a strong bias for action
