Field/Service Technician, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
PFU America, Inc. in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site support, repair, installation, and preventative maintenance of our document imaging products under warranty, contract, and time-and-material service terms.
Travel is required to customer sites within the territory; candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work overtime, and complete calls within SLA. Familiarity with Service Now is a plus.
