You will drive rebalances, OLOT reductions, and throughput improvements, coordinating with unions, health and safety, and cross-functional partners.
You’ll supervise IE staff, manage time-study schedules (MODAPTS), and implement engineering changes affecting workstations and allocations to improve overall efficiency and safety
