• Operations
  • Communicate allowner / landlord processes to ensure full understanding by all engineers and contractors who perform work on the building's infrastructure and functions.
  • Identify and ensure execution of updates and implementation of policies, procedures and best practices.
  • Identify safety hazards, working closely with EH&S and account management team to incorporate the remediation of hazards, ensuring a safe environment for staff.
  • Refrigerant purchases & tracking
• Reporting
  • Responsible for information gathering for business reporting purposes.
  • Tracking SLA performance
  • Track work orders in Corrigo
  • Manage NTE in work orders
  • Manage Budget/Forecast
• People Management
  • Oversee the operation, staffing, performance and development of the technical team and resources, including performance reviews, and compliance with policies,procedures and training.
• Other
  • Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.

• Education/training
  • HS diploma or equivalent
• Years of relevant experience
  • Seven (7) years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in technical aspects of packaged HVAC
    * equipment repair, refrigeration, maintenance and overall system design and application 8+ y ears of experience
• Skills and knowledge
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently
  • Ability to function effectively in a dynamic work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills; strong emphasis on customer service
  • Excellent business writing and verbal communications
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Detail oriented
  • Customer/client focuses and ability to accept and manage change
• Certifications/Licenses
  • Candidate must possess valid Driver's License.
  • Universal EPA certification.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
