Tax Manager at Eide Bailly LLP

• Prepare, review, and sign individual, business, and other types of tax returns for clients in various entities and industries.
• Work with the tax team to ensure all components of the tax process are performed – including tax planning, client interaction, and special tax projects.
• Analyze tax situations from multiple angles to ensure maximum tax benefit is applied.
• Develop solutions and communicate them to the engagement team and client.
• Manage client relationships by monitoring client needs and adding value to professional service.
• Participate in business development activities.
• Assist with client billings to ensure they reflect work performed.
• Supervise and delegate duties to Associate and Senior Associate level staff.
• Provide mentoring and technical training for employees in the tax department.
• Attend training seminars, professional development, and networking events.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA license or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification.
• 5–7 years of tax experience within public accounting.
• Extensive knowledge of tax accounting principles and IRS regulations.
• Stays up-to-date on evolving tax regulations and policies.
• Self‑starter who enjoys working independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to focus on complex tasks and quickly understand the firm’s compliance processes.
• Authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
